Only for icons as of now though
Because they're quick and easy and I know I can get them done
All regular icons are going to be 5 points. And group icons will be 10.
These are the icons I can make:
Chibi Head Icon

If you want this type of icon I need this info first:
Of course I need the character you want (It can be your OC, and must be a person like these, because I'm not sure if I can make an animal head with these )
The color around the head (like Maka has orange, and the Crona has dark blue and then dark red), or if you don't want a color around the head, make sure you tell me that
What you want it to do. Like do you want it to go up and down like Maka or do you want it to flash into something? (If you want it to flash into something, make sure you tell me what - such as mad, crazy like the Crona, happy, or anything SIMPLE like that)
Do you want the background transparent or a color? (If you're making a color around the head I suggest transparent, and also, if you DO want a color in the background I can round the edges of the icon if you want me to)

Chibi Derp Icon

 Of course I need the character you want (It can be your OC, and must be a person like these, because I'm not sure if I can make an animal head with these either )
What you want the text to say, and if you want text on the top as well as the bottom (like the Italy saying Pasta! on the top and Ita on the bottom). And please, no big words, as you can see by these two icons I can't make anything big on it. Also make sure you tell me if you want the text to go up and down or not
What you want it to do. Such as Italy's curl going up and down, or just the text moving, but nothing TOO hard, because it's just an icon.
The color in the background. Such as Italy's is aqua blue and Romano's is orange

Blinking Icon

 Of course I need the character you want (It can be your OC, and can be an animal or anything like that)
What you want the text to say. Or if you don't want text, that's fine too. And do you want the text to pop up like Mario's, or just stay there like Ghirahim's?
What do you want the background to be? It can be one color, have a border, have a color and be rounded, or be completely transparent.

Emote Icon

What you want it to do, but nothing too big like the second icon (because the second can't even be used as an icon because it has too much animation), but something simple like the first
The background. Again, something simple, like in the first icon. Or if you want a completely transparent background, that's fine too.

Because regular icons can only go up to 15kb, and that means I gotta make little stuff so it'll be 15kb or under
